Who is my VA?
A dedicated person matched to your industry and working style. US- or LATAM-based, fluent English, with at least 5 years of executive support experience. You see profiles before we pair you.
How do I assign work?
Email, Slack, voice memo, or whatever's easiest. Your VA learns your preferences in week one and starts catching things before you ask.
What if it's not a fit?
First two weeks are a trial. If it's not a fit, we'll re-match you with a different VA — or refund the first month, no questions asked.
What about confidentiality?
All VAs sign an NDA with Inkgility. Add your own NDA if needed. SOC 2 controls protect your data; we never sell or share.
Can my whole team use one VA?
Yes on Pro and Team tiers. On Pro, up to 3 people share. On Team, no limit — the VA effectively becomes part of your ops.
What can't a VA do?
Anything requiring you specifically (executive decisions, legal signatures, creative work that's "yours"). Anything illegal or unethical. Otherwise, ask — they probably can.
