Who owns the photos after the shoot?

You do. Every Inkgility shoot delivers a full commercial buyout — unrestricted rights to use the images in advertising, ecommerce, packaging, social, PR, and print, in perpetuity, with no usage fees or expiration. The raw archive is available on Campaign tier.

Do you shoot in our location or your studio?

Both. We operate a 2,400 sq ft studio in Brooklyn with cyclorama, multiple seamless backdrops, and tabletop product rigs, and we travel on-location across the US. On-location shoots include scouting, permits where needed, and a portable lighting kit. Out-of-region travel beyond 50 miles is billed at cost.

How fast are images delivered?

You see low-res proofs within 48 hours of the shoot. Final retouched, color-graded images land 5–7 business days after proof approval. Campaign tier includes a rush option that delivers retouched hero images in 72 hours for $400.

Do you handle props, styling, and set design?

Yes. Full-Day and Campaign packages include a stylist and prop budget; Half-Day shoots include light styling from our in-house prop library. Custom sets, food stylists, and on-camera talent are quoted per project and itemized in your brief before the shoot.

What retouching is included?

Every delivered image is color-graded, dust-spotted, and exposure-balanced. Product shots include path-cut transparent backgrounds on request. Advanced compositing, skin retouching beyond standard, and CGI extensions are billed hourly at $95/hr and quoted upfront.

Can you provide models or talent?

Yes. We cast diverse, brand-aligned talent from local agencies and our roster of UGC creators. Talent fees and usage rights are itemized separately and quoted before the shoot — typical day rates run $500–$1,500 per model with full buyout.

Where can I use the photos — social, ads, packaging?

Anywhere. Inkgility's buyout license covers all digital and print uses, paid and organic, including ad creative, packaging, billboards, OOH, retail displays, and licensing to third-party retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Target. The only exclusion is reselling the raw files to other brands.
