Do you pull my personal credit?
No. We do not perform a personal credit check. Approval is based on your business information: EIN, D-U-N-S number, entity type, and time in business. No personal guarantee is required for accounts under $2,000.
What do I need to qualify?
A US-registered business entity (LLC, Corp, etc.), a valid EIN from the IRS, a D-U-N-S number from Dun & Bradstreet (free to get at dnb.com), and at least 30 days in business. No derogatory marks on existing business credit reports.
Which credit bureaus do you report to?
We report to all four major business credit bureaus: Dun & Bradstreet (PAYDEX score), Experian Business (Intelliscore Plus), Equifax Business (Business Credit Risk Score), and Creditsafe (International Score). Reporting happens monthly on the last business day.
How fast will my credit score improve?
Most businesses see their first tradeline appear within 30-90 days. After 3 on-time payments, you should have enough data for D&B to generate a PAYDEX score. Paying early (before the 30-day deadline) can push your PAYDEX above 80, which is considered excellent.
Why is the first order prepaid?
The first prepaid order verifies your identity and payment method. Think of it as a trust-building step. Starting with your second order, you will be invoiced on Net 30 terms. This protects both you and Inkgility.
What happens if I pay late?
Days 1-30: no interest. Days 31-45: 1.5% late fee, reminder sent, service continues. Day 46+: service paused until balance paid, late payment reported to credit bureaus. We always reach out before pausing service — we want you to succeed.
Can I use Net 30 for print products?
Net 30 currently applies to recurring digital services only (SEO, marketing, social media, etc.). Print products require standard payment at checkout, but your membership gives you print credits and discounts (5–20% depending on plan) that reduce the out-of-pocket cost.
What is the smart business card I get free?
The Inkgility smart business card is a premium NFC smart business card. When someone taps it with their phone, your contact info, website, social links, and portfolio appear instantly — no app needed. It is included free with every paid Inkgility plan (retail value $39.99). Higher plans include more cards: 1 on Starter, 2 on Pro, 5 on Business, 10 on Enterprise.
Do I need a paid plan for Net 30?
Yes — Net 30 is included with all paid Inkgility membership plans ($19/mo and up). Your plan determines your credit limit: $1,000 on Starter, $2,000 on Pro, $5,000 on Business, $10,000 on Enterprise. The free plan does not include Net 30 or credit reporting.
Is there a minimum order for credit reporting?
No minimum order amount is required for credit bureau reporting. Even our $29/month ID Theft Prevention service gets reported as a tradeline. However, larger recurring services build a stronger credit profile faster.
